Download format
After purchase, download one ZIP bundle and extract the editable Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, PDFs, and PNG/SVG visuals.
Designed for use, not shelfware
Assign primary and backup responders, fill in your contacts and thresholds, rehearse the workflow, and use the workbook to connect response decisions to evidence, root cause and owned improvement actions.
Standards and use limits
The policy and procedure are mapped to incident-management practices in ISO/IEC 27001:2022. This is one focused part of a wider information security management system. The kit is not a complete ISO 27001 document set, certification, legal advice, forensic procedure, official CSA or PDPC publication, or a compliance guarantee. Tailor and formally approve the files, check the licensed standard and current official guidance, and follow your organisation’s applicable legal, regulatory, contractual and insurer obligations.
Licence and edition
Version 2.0 · reviewed 11 October 2026 · digital ZIP download · licensed for internal use by one organisation. Do not redistribute, resell, publish or provide the files as a client deliverable. A separate consultant or multi-entity licence is required for wider use.
