The governing ISMS Master Manual, detailed 93-control SoA workbook, management-steering records and internal-audit companion—available separately or as one complete KIS ISMS Module 18 package.

Description

Module 18 in the KIS ISMS implementation series. This governed package places the ISMS Master Manual at the top of the document hierarchy. The detailed Statement of Applicability (SoA), governance workbook and internal-audit companion are supporting materials that follow the approved manual, local risk method and organization-specific decisions.

Three separate resource bundles, plus the complete package

  • ISMS Master Manual bundle (editable DOCX + PDF): the governing document for scope, context, leadership roles, risk and treatment method, document authority, evidence expectations, management steering committee charter, management review, auditor evidence map and practical appendices. It includes original KIS clause-by-clause summaries and prompts for Clauses 1–10.
  • Detailed SoA and Governance bundle (ZIP + direct XLSX): the ZIP includes the six-tab editable workbook and a usage guide; the workbook is also available separately for opening directly. It includes all 93 Annex A identifiers with original KIS summaries and fields for decisions, rationale, risk/obligation links, control owners, implementation status, documents, operating evidence, residual-risk approval and review. Every Annex A row begins as Assessment required; no applicability or implementation decision is preselected.
  • Internal Audit companion toolkit (ZIP): editable audit procedure, matching PDF, briefing slides and five-tab audit workbook for programme planning, audit plans, evidence testing, findings and follow-up. It is subordinate to the approved Master Manual.
  • All-in-One complete package (ZIP): a clearly organized copy of all three resources, with a package guide.

Recommended implementation sequence

  1. Tailor, control and obtain top-management approval for the Master Manual, scope, roles and methods.
  2. Complete risk and obligation records; assess every SoA entry and justify both selected and unnecessary controls. Add necessary custom controls.
  3. Assign owners, implement controls and link operating evidence; obtain authorized residual-risk decisions.
  4. Plan impartial internal audits under the approved audit program and track corrective-action effectiveness.
  5. Use the steering committee to coordinate decisions; top management retains ISMS accountability.

Designed for practical governance

For SME leadership, ISMS owners, risk and control owners, internal auditors and teams preparing their evidence and management-review cycle. Use the stand-alone manual and workbook downloads independently, or choose the All-in-One ZIP.

Important scope and use limits

This is original KIS implementation material with paraphrased guidance and reference identifiers. It does not reproduce the ISO standard, make automatic control selections, establish conformity, replace an independent audit, guarantee certification or provide legal advice. Tailor and approve all fields, verify requirements against a licensed copy of the standard and applicable laws and contracts, and keep source evidence in your controlled repository. Independent auditors determine conformity against applicable criteria and sufficient evidence.
